Member Retention Committee
S.L.A.A.'s Member Retention Committee is responsible for finding out why 'old timers' leave the program, accessing their wisdom, experience, strength and hope, and finding ways to help retain those with many years of experience within the S.L.A.A. Program.
Why Do You Stay?
Why Did You Leave?
Some S.L.A.A. meetings and intergroups retain more longtime members than others. S.L.A.A.'s Member Retention Committee wants to find out why. We hope to draw on the experience, strength and hope of the entire fellowship, worldwide, to learn what keeps some of us coming back.
We will periodically share what we learn with local groups and intergroups via the Conference Newsletter, and here on this page. We will also spread the word about meeting formats and other activities that keep longtime members in the program. In the spirit of autonomy, we will only share information and experience about what works. We will offer no direction.

Please take a moment to fill out this highly unscientific survey. Tell us what you choose to and leave the rest.
Feel free to copy and print it for your home group, or forward this URL to other members via email. If you can, give a copy to your sponsor. Also feel free to pass this along to any 'old timers' you know who've left the program. We'd love to hear from them as well.
