March 16 2009, Monday (120 days prior to ABM)—Delegate Sign-ups Due

March 31 2009, Tuesday (105 days prior to ABM)—Deadline: Motion, Issue for Discussion
Submission for first BMIS Distribution to Conference

April 10 2009, Good Friday (95 days prior to ABM)—First BMIS Distributed to Conference Members for Feedback from Conference Committees, BOT and F.W.S.

April 30 2009, Thursday (75 days prior to ABM)—Early reduced cost ABM Registrations Due

May 15 2009, Friday (60 days prior to ABM)—Deadline: BMIS Conference/Committee
Comments/Reports Deadline: Motion/Issue Submission for 2nd BMIS Distribution to Fellowship Worldwide
Board of Trustees Nominations Due

May 30 2009, Saturday (45 days prior to ABM)—Second BMIS Distributed Worldwide
Board of Trustees Nomination Letters Distributed Worldwide

July 14 2009, Tuesday, 7:00 p.m. EDT (First Day of ABM)—Final Deadline for Motion Submission

July 14-17, Tuesday-Friday—2009 Annual Business Conference/Meeting


What the Heck is this all about?!

The Delegates and non-Delegate members of the Fellowship-Wide Services Conference meet once a year at the Annual Business Meeting to discuss and vote upon the business of the Fellowship. Any Intergroup, and any collection of 2 or more S.L.A.A. meetings in the same locality may be represented by one or more Delegates at the Conference. If your Intergroup or area does not have a Delegate, bring it up, volunteer, and come to the ABM! Besides giving you an opportunity to get involved in service at the Fellowship-Wide Services level, the ABM is a great time.  If you are interested and need more information than is provided here, email Fellowship Wide Services HERE with 'ABM/IRC Question' in the Subject Line.
