The FWS office and the Conference Charter Committee wants to know who is planning to attend this year’s Annual Business Meeting (ABM) in Tampa, Florida. To encourage early identification of delegates, a raffle is being held with the prize a considerable reduction in the cost of sending a delegate to this year’s ABM. Please see page 2 of the attached flyer for details.
To be clear, submission of the Delegate Sign-up Form does not require submission of the ABM Registration Form or payment of the registration fee. Please work with your Intergroup to identify your delegate for this year, complete the Delegate Sign-up Form, and get it to the FWS office by April 11th.

To be eligible for the raffle, the Delegate Sign-up Form originally needed to be received at the FWS Office by April 11th. However, the deadline has been extended to Monday, April 28. Why would an Intergroup or group not take advantage of the opportunity to reduce their delegate’s expenses?
