F.W.S. Office Hours and Store News

  • State Sales Tax - In compliance with Texas state tax law, sales tax of 8.125% will now be added on applicable items for orders shipped within the state of Texas.
  • Office Closings - The F.W.S. Office will now be closed on Fridays.  Hours are Monday-Thursday
    9:00am - 5:00pm CST.
  • Price Increase - There will be a 10% price increase on all items, effective February 10, 2010.
  • Due to decreased staff and office closings on Fridays orders will be filled within 10 working days.  In addition, first class postage delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery during normal times.
  • International deliveries may take from 6-12 weeks as well based on recent orders placed over the last 6 months.  Even with the Express delivery option we have found this to be the case.  As a result we will not place duplicate orders before 14 weeks of the date of order.
  • We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes but it really is beyond our control and thank you for your attention and cooperation as we strive to provide you with the SLAA merchandise you request.
  • Finally, if you send emails or call it may also take up to 10 working days to reply as the FWS office staff are stretched to the limit during this recession and decreased budget year.
