Where is my order? - We are experiencing a 2-3 week delay in shipping due to office staff changes. Once your order is shipped, any delays with the Postal Service cannot be helped, especially for international orders.

The Online Store is stuck in a checkout loop. - You must click the "SAVE AND CONTINUE" button at the bottom of the Account Creation page after entering your information. This is the most common reason for this issue.
